WDIRs
An accurate home inspection can make or break a real estate sale. Our licensed inspector will perform the inspection and then provide you with the results on the NPMA form as required.
WDIRs are performed in accordance with the standards of the Ohio Department of Agriculture and the National Pest Management Association. Inspectors have passed all required examinations, attended required courses, and are licensed and insured.
In the event treatment is recommended, a firm price quote will be provided as well. Services can be performed promptly so not to delay closing.

Gas Line Warranty
Under requirements of the Columbus Board of Realtors, most closings require a gas line policy. We offer such warranties through our gas line company subsidiary, Fidelity Gas. The warranty covers all required aspects of the gas line.
In the event a gas leak is detected, we utilize certified contractors to perform the needed work. All services are guaranteed.
